Whatever the age or interests of the birthday person, working with our qualified forest school workers, a forest school party is almost anything you want it to be

From fairies to pirates, bushcraft skills to artistic endeavours it all works wonderfully in a wood.

The cost of a 2 hour party for up to 15 children is £230 which includes a contribution to the Cotteridge Park free forest school programme.

And wherever the weather allows - campfire cooking is included

The party is held in the wood in Cotteridge Park.

There are toilets available at The Shed.

Here’s some of the activities you can do:

• Den building/shelters

• Making mini dens for bugs, fairies, teddy bears or dinosaurs

• Leaf rubbing or Happa Zome

• Making magic wands or friendship bracelets

• Making mobiles or willow crowns

• Sawing, drilling, threading, and decorating wooden medals

• Bug, teddy bear, dinosaur or scavenger hunts

• Woodland story time

• Digging for bones with an ‘archaeologist’

• Making dream catchers or giant’s eyes
